Please read this form for general FAQs about the store, shipping and for my refund and replacement policy.

☛ Where is the store based?

Everything is shipped from Ireland.


☛ What payments do you accept?

Payments are made with Stripe and Paypal.


☛ What shipping options are available?


I use AnPost for everything sent from my shop. Please be aware that custom charges may be incurred from where you order. The three shipping options available are:

Standard Shipping - Standard national and international delivery, no tracking or insurance provided but the most afforable option.

Tracked Shipping - Your order is registered and insured in the event of it getting lost or arriving damaged. Recommended option for those buying from overseas with postal delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Express Shipping - The fastest delivery option, includes a tracking number.
Available in these countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (inc. Corsica & Monaco), Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and the USA.


☛ Where can I get tracking updates?

Tracking for orders within Ireland can be done at AnPost's website. Once a parcel leaves Ireland it can continue to be tracked usually through your national postal service.

☛ How long will my order take?

Once your order has shipped it usually takes between 7-21 business days to arrive internationally! I ship from Ireland so UK and European orders may arrive sooner than USA orders, for example.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order please get in contact with me as soon as possible, and within 7 days of ordering so that it can be refunded.


☛ My order has not arrived! What can I do?

Orders that have not arrived after 60 business days can be refunded.

If it has been a substantial amount of time and your order still hasn't shown up, please get in contact with me either using the contact form here, the email listed above or on social media.

Paper goods like stickers and prints and some buttons I am willing to replace however items with a higher manufacturing cost such as zines, notebooks and charms I cannot. I will accommodate for orders that arrive damaged or bent.

I provide tracking and express shipping upgrades as options on all orders, this is highly recommended if you are ordering a lot of things together or as gifts! 

☛ Will you be restocking ____?

Usually restocks happen when I have a convention coming up, or if an item is popular. Currently items like charms, 1.5 and square buttons are the last of their stock as I wish to move on to creating new things! If there's an item you would like to see you can let me know with the contact form here or through email/social media.
